Yearbook Deadlines for Seniors

Senior Portraits Prestige (Lifetouch)	Open July 1 to December 7 Jan 11th - Last Day to Select Pose	Booking directions HERE (must be drape/tux with blue background, if you don’t choose one, then one will be chosen for you. If you don’t take a Prestige photo, your ID photo will be used)
Baby Photos	Due December 8th	Photo link HERE (High quality image from between ages 0-3)
Senior Quotes	Due December 8th	Quote link HERE  (Must meet requirements and guidelines to be featured. Subject to approval by advisor and school administration)

Senior Baby Ads Information:

Step One: Decide on photos/text (based on size of ad). Recommendations:

• ¼ Page 1-3 photos. Cost: $50 until Oct 31 then $75
• ½ Page 3-7 photos. Cost $125 until Oct 31 then $150
• Full Page 7-11 photos. Cost $225 until Oct. 31 then $275

Step Two: Purchase Your Ad through Friesens (the yearbook company) HERE

Step Three: Within a week you will get an email from santaclarayearbookads@gmail.com to talk about your ad content and creation. You will be given 3 options for ad creation:

1. Let us design your ad for you! You send us the photos and text. We create it and send you a proof (draft) to review.
2. You create it with Canva! We will send you some templates based on the size ad you purchased. You make the ad and share with us.
3. You create it with different software (such as Adobe) and send us a high resolution PDF based on the book’s dimensions.

All ads need to be finalized by February 28th.

Policies

Deaths: In the event of a death of a current student/staff member, yearbook will provide a quarter page dedication (with mugs if possible/not yet submitted, if not possible then by senior ads). Contingent upon approval/participation of family members.

Name changes: Names must match official school records. Exceptions granted by adviser, with input from administration. Exceptions include transgender students. Students requesting a name change must contact the adviser directly. Name Change Form (for yearbook purposes only)

Deadlines: Seniors need to meet deadlines for baby photos, quotes, portraits, etc. in order to be featured in the given area.
