Resources for Coaches

Bus Request

All busing costs will be covered by the athletic department. As soon as your schedules are set, please work with you Athletic Director to determine your busing needs; please use "transportation request" or "bus request" in the subject line of emails. Include in your email the dates, locations and whether or not you want one or two way buses. ADs will contact you to confirm pick up and departure times. Email ADs asap for any additions, cancellations or changes and include your athletic director.

If the amount of trips you are requesting is more than you originally asked for in your preseason budget request, please let your athletic director know. 

Should a team choose to opt out of district buses, district transportation guidelines must be followed.

Fundraiser Information

Fill out the Fundraiser Application and return to the Student Body Office at SCHS or to Vice Principal, Erin Brown.  She will contact you once ASB approves your fundraiser. At the completion of your fundraiser all money must be turned in to the bookkeeper. You cannot keep any money to cover expenses; you will have to fill out paperwork with the bookkeeper for reimbursement. SCHS hosts Sports Awards Nights three times a year for  the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons.
